God's severity toward Israel  

💕 Hosea 6: (1) Come, and let us return unto the LORD for he hath turn, and he will heal us; he hath smitten, and he will bind us up. (2) After two days will he revive us: in the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live in his sight. (3) Then shall we know, if we follow on to know the LORD: his going forth is prepared as the morning; and he shall come up as the rain, as the latter and former rain, unto the earth.

💛 Daniel 7: (1) In the first year of Belshazzar king of Babylon Daniel had a dream and visions of his head upon his bed:  then he wrote the dream,  and told the sum of the matter. (2) Daniel spake and said, I saw in my vision by night, and, behold, the four winds of heaven strove upon the great sea. (3) And four great beasts came up from the sea, diverse one from another.

😊Ezekiel 20: (1)  And it came to pass in the seventh year, in the fifth month, the tenth day of the month, that certain of the elders of Israel came to enquire of the LORD, and sat before me. (2) Then came the word of the LORD unto me, saying, (3) Son of man, speak unto the elders of Israel, and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord God; Are ye come to enquire of me? As I live, saith the Lord God, I will not be enquired of by you.

(9) Her filthiness is in her skirts; she remembereth not her last end; therefore she came down wonderfully: she had no comforter. O LORD, behold my affliction: for the enemy hath magnified himself.
