Saturday Dec 26th 2020 🔯 Read 1 Corinthians 10 🔯 The idolatry in the wilderness 🔯

1 Corinthians 10: (1)  Moreover, brethren, I would not that ye should be ignorant, how that all our fathers were under the cloud, and all passed through the sea; (2) And were all baptized unto Moses in the cloud and in the sea; (3) And did all eat the same spiritual meat; (4) And did all drink the same spiritual drink: for they drank of the spiritual Rock that followed them: and that Rock was Christ. (5) But with many of them God was not well pleased: for they were overthrown in the wilderness.

Friday Dec 25th 2020 👼 Read Luke 2 👼 The angels and the shepherds 👼

Luke 2: 8 - And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night. 9 - And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid. 10 - And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. 11 - For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord. 12 - And this shall be a sign unto you ; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger. 13 - And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying, 14 - Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.

Luke 1: 28 -  And the angel came in unto her, and said, Hail, thou that art highly favoured, the Lord is with thee: blessed art thou among women. 29 - And when she saw him, she was troubled at his saying, and cast in her mind what manner of salutation this should be. 30 - And the angel said unto her, Fear not, Mary: for thou hast found favour with God. 31 - And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS. 🌟💟💟💟🔯🙏

Wednesday Dec 23rd 2020 👑 Read Isaiah 9 👑 The birth of the messianic king 👑

Isaiah 9: (2) The people that walked in darkness have seen a great light: they that dwell in the land of the shadow of death, upon them hath the light shined. (3) Thou hast multiplied the nation, and not increased the joy: they joy before thee according to the joy in harvest, and as men rejoice when they divide the spoil. (4) For thou hast broken the yoke of his burden, and the staff of his shoulder, the rod of his oppressor, as in the day of Midian. (5) For every battle of the warrior is with confused noise, and garments rolled in blood; but this shall be with burning and fuel of fire. (6) For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. (7) Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this. 💛💛💛🔯🙏

Tuesday Dec 22nd 2020 😷 Read 2 Kings 20 😷 The sickness of Hezekiah. 😷

2 Kings 20: (1) In those days was Hezekiah sick unto death. And the prophet Isaiah the son of Amos came to him, and said unto him, Thus saith the L ORD, Set thine house in order; for thou shalt die, and not live. (2) Then he turned his face to the wall, and prayed unto the Lord, saying, (3) I beseech thee, O LORD, remember now how I have walked before thee in truth and with a perfect heart, and have done that which is good in thy sight. And Hezekiah wept sore. 💟💟💟🔯🙏

Monday Dec 21st 2020 🏃 Read 1 Kings 19 🏃 Elijah flees from Jezebel 🏃

1 Kings 19: (1) And Ahab told Jezebel all that Elijah hath done, and withal how he had slain all the prophets with the sword. (2) Then Jezebel sent a messenger unto Elijah, saying, So let the gods do to me, and more also, if I make not that life as the life of one of them by tomorrow about this time. (3) And when he saw that, he arose, and went for his life, and came to Beer-sheba, which belongeth to Judah, and left his servant there. (4) But he himself went a day's journey into the wilderness, and came and sat down under a juniper tree: and he requested for himself that he might die; and said, It is enough; now, O LORD, take away my life; for I am not better than my fathers.

Sunday Dec 20th 2020 💛 Read Romans 9 💛 God's righteousness and mercy 💛

Romans 9: (1) I say the truth in Christ, I lie not, my conscience also bearing witness in the Holy Ghost, (2) That I have great heaviness and continual sorrow in my heart. (3) For I could wish that myself were accursed from Christ for my brethren, my kinsmen according to the flesh: (4) Who are Israelites; to whom pertaineth the adoption, and the glory, and the covenants, and the giving of the law, and the service of God, and the promises; (5) Whose are the fathers, and of whom as concerning the flesh Christ came, who is over all, God blessed for ever. Amen. (6) Not as though the word of God hath taken non effect. For they are not all Israel, which are of Israel: 💟💟💟🔯🙏
