πŸ”― Read Hebrews 3 πŸ”―
Jesus superior to Moses πŸ”―

πŸ”― Hebrews 3:7-19 Wherefore (as the Holy Ghost saith, To day if ye will hear his voice,
Harden not your hearts, as in the provocation, in the day of temptation in the wilderness:
When your fathers tempted me, proved me, and saw my works forty years.
Wherefore I was grieved with that generation, and said, They do alway err in their heart; and they have not known my ways.
So I sware in my wrath, They shall not enter into my rest.)
Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God.
But exhort one another daily, while it is called To day; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin.
For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast unto the end;
While it is said, To day if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts, as in the provocation.
For some, when they had heard, did provoke: howbeit not all that came out of Egypt by Moses.
But with whom was he grieved forty years? was it not with them that had sinned, whose carcases fell in the wilderness?
And to whom sware he that they should not enter into his rest, but to them that believed not?
So we see that they could not enter in because of unbelief.

πŸ”― Prayer πŸ”―
Heavenly Father, thank You that Jesus is greater than Moses — the Builder of every house and the faithful Son over God's own house, and we are that house if we hold fast. Teach us to hear Your voice TODAY and not harden our hearts. Renew our faith daily, exhort one another in love, and keep us stedfast to the end. In Jesus' name, Amen.

"To day if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts." — Hebrews 3:15

Sunday August 23rd 2026
πŸ”― Read Philemon πŸ”―
Appeal for Onesimus πŸ”―

πŸ”― Philemon 17-25 If thou count me therefore a partner, receive him as myself.
If he hath wronged thee, or oweth thee ought, put that on mine account;
I Paul have written it with mine own hand, I will repay it: albeit I do not say to thee how thou owest unto me even thine own self besides.
Yea, brother, let me have joy of thee in the Lord: refresh my bowels in the Lord.
Having confidence in thy obedience I wrote unto thee, knowing that thou wilt also do more than I say.
But withal prepare me also a lodging: for I trust that through your prayers I shall be given unto you.
There salute thee Epaphras, my fellowprisoner in Christ Jesus;
Marcus, Aristarchus, Demas, Lucas, my fellowlabourers.
The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit. Amen.

πŸ”― Prayer πŸ”―
Heavenly Father, thank You for the example of Paul and Philemon — a partnership of love, grace, and trust. Teach us to receive one another as ourselves, to forgive as we have been forgiven, and to refresh the hearts of our brothers and sisters in the Lord. May Your grace bind us together in Christ. In Jesus' name, Amen.

"Wherefore receive ye one another, as Christ also received us to the glory of God." — Romans 15:7
