⛪ Ezra 7: (24) Also we certify you, that touching any of the priests and Levites, singers, porters, Nethinims, or ministers of this house of God, it shall not be lawful to impose toil, tribute, or custom, upon them. (25) And thou, Ezra, after the wisdom of thy God, that is in thine hand, set magistrates and judges, which may judge all the people, that are beyond the river, all such as know the laws of thy God; and teach ye them that know them not. (26) And whosoever will not do the law of thy God, and the law of the king, let judgement be executed speedily upon him, whether it be unto death, or to banishment, or to confiscation of goods, or to imprisonment.

(2) Let my prayer be set forth before thee as incense; and the lifting up of my hands as the evening sacrifice. (3) Set a watch, O LORD, before my mouth; keep the door of my lips. (4) Incline not my heart to any evil thing, to practise wicked works with men that work iniquity: and let me not eat of their dainties.

(23) Though he had commanded the clouds from above, and opened the doors of heaven, (24) And had rained down manna upon them to eat, and had given them of the corn of heaven.
