Friday August 5th 2022 👑 Read Esther 1 👑 The removal of queen Vashti 👑 Esther 1: 1 - Now it came to pass in the days of Ahasuerus, ( this is Ahasuerus which reigned, from India even unto Ethiopia, over an hundred and seven and twenty provinces: ) 2 - That in those days, when the king Ahasuerus sat on the throne of his kingdom, which was in Shushan the palace, 3 - In the third year of his reign, he made a feast unto all his princes and his servants; the power of Persia and Media, the nobles and princes of the provinces, being before him: 4 - When he showed the riches of his glorious kingdom and the honour of his excellent majesty many days, even an hundred and four score days. 5 - And when these days were expired, the king made a feast unto all the people that were present in Shushan the palace, both unto great and small, seven days, in the court of the garden of the king's palace; 6 - Where were white, green, and blue hangings, fastened with cords of fine linen and purple to silver rings and pillars of marble: the beds were of gold and silver, upon a pavement of red, blue, and white, and black, marble. 7 - And they gave them drinks in vessels of gold, ( the vessels being diverse one from another, ) and royal wine in abundance, according to the state of the king. 🔯🔯🔯🔯🙏

Then all the children of Israel returned, every man to his possession, into their own cities. 2 - And Hezekiah appointed the courses of the priests and the Levites after their courses, every man according to his service, the priests and Levites for burnt-offerings and for peace-offerings, to minister, and to give thanks, and to praise in the gates of the tents of the LORD. 3 - He appointed also the king's portion of his substance for the burnt-offerings, to wit, for the morning and evening burnt-offerings, and the burnt-offerings for the sabbaths, and for the new moons, and for the set feasts, as it is written in the law of the LORD. 4 - Moreover he commanded the people that dwelt in Jerusalem to give the portion of the priests and the Levites, that they might be encouraged in the law of the LORD. 🔯💜💜💜🙏

Sunday July 31st 2022 🔯 Read 2 Kings 5 🔯 The cure of Naaman the leper 🔯 2 Kings 5: 11 - But Naaman was wroth, and went away, and said, Behold, I thought, He will surely come out to me, and stand, and call on the name of the LORD his God, and strike his hand over the place, and recover the leper. 12 - Are not Abana and Pharpar, rivers of Damascus, better than all the waters of Israel? may I not wash in them, and be clean?  So he turned and went away in a rage. 13 - And his servants came near, and spake unto him, and said, My father, if the prophet had bid thee do some great thing, wouldest thou not have done it? how much rather then, when he saith to thee, Wash, and be clean? 14 - Then went he down, and dipped himself seven times in Jordan, according to the saying of the man of God: and his flesh came again like unto the flesh of a little child, and he was clean. 🔯💜💜💜🙏
