Saturday August 20th 2022 ☁️ Read Acts 1 ☁️ The Ascension ☁️ Acts 1: 6 - When they therefore were come together, they asked of him, saying, Lord, wilt thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel? 7 - And he said unto them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his own power. 8 - But ye shall receive power, after the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth. 9 - And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight. 10 - And while they looked steadfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel; 11 - Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye  gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as as ye have seen him go into heaven. 🔯💜💜💜🙏.

Friday August 19th 2022 🦁 Read Daniel 7 🦁 Daniel's dream of four beasts 🦁 Daniel 7: 4 - The first was like a lion, and had eagle's wings: I beheld till the wings thereof were plucked, and it was lifted up from the earth, and made stand upon the feet as a man, and a man's heart was given to it. 5 - And behold another beast, a second, like to a bear, and it raised up itself on one side, and it had three ribs in the mouth of it between the teeth of it: and they said thus unto it, Arise, devour much flesh. 6 - After this I beheld, and lo another, like a leopard, which had upon the back of it four wings of a fowl; the beast had also four heads; and dominion was given to it. 7 - After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it was diverse from all the beasts that were before it; and it had ten horns. 8 - I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little horn,  before whom there were  three of the first horns plucked up by the roots: and, behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great things. Thursday August 18th 2022 🔯 Read Ezekiel 31 🔯 Parable of the cedar of Lebanon 🔯 Ezekiel 31: 1 - And it came to pass in the eleventh year, in the third month, in the first day of the month, that the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, 2  - Son of man, speak unto Pharaoh king of Egypt, and to his multitude; Whom art thou like in thy greatness? 3 - Behold, the Assyrian was a cedar in Lebanon with fair branches, and with a shadowing shroud, and of an high stature; and his top was among the thick boughs. 4 -  The waters made him great, the deep set him up on high with her rivers running round about his plants, and sent out her little rivers unto all the trees of the field. 5 - Therefore his height was exalted above all the trees of the field, and his boughs were multiplied, and his branches became long because of the multitude of waters, when he shot forth. 🔯💜💜💜🙏

Wednesday August 17th 2022 🔯 Read Lamentations 1 🔯 Jerusalem's desolation 🔯 Lamentations 1: 13 -  From above hath he sent fire into my bones, and it prevaileth against them: he hath spread a net for my feet, he hath turned me back: he hath made me desolate and faint all the day. 14 - The yoke of my transgression is bound by his hand: they are wreathed, and come up upon my neck: he hath made my strength to fall, the Lord hath delivered me into their hands, from whom I am not able to rise up. 15 -  The Lord hath trodden under foot all my mighty men in the midst of me: he hath called an assembly against me to crush my young men: the Lord hath trodden the virgin, the daughter of Judah, as in a winepress. 16 - For these things I weep; mine eye, mine eye runneth down with water, because the comforter that should relieve my soul is far from me: my children are desolate, because the enemy prevailed.   17 - Zion spreadeth forth her hands, and there is none to comfort her: the LORD hath commanded concerning Jacob, that his adversaries should be round about him: Jerusalem is as a menstruous woman among them. 18 - The LORD is righteous; for I have rebelled against his commandment: hear, I pray you, all people, and behold my sorrow: my virgins and my young men are gone into captivity. 🔯💟💟💟🙏

Tuesday August 16th 2022 🔯 Read Jeremiah 27 🔯 Nebuchadnezzar's victory 🔯  Jeremiah 27:  1 - In the beginning of the reign of Jehoiakim the son of Josiah king of Judah came this word unto Jeremiah from the LORD, saying, 2 - Thus saith the LORD to me; Make thee bonds and yokes, and put them upon thy neck, 3 - And send them to the king of Edom, and to the king of Moab, and to the king of the Ammonites, and to the king of Tyrus, and to the king of Zidon, by the hand of the messengers which come to Jerusalem unto Zedekiah king of Judah; 4 - And command them to say unto their masters,Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Thus shall ye say unto your masters; 5 - I have made the earth, the man and the beast that are upon the ground, by my great power and my outstretched arm, and have given it unto whom it seemed meet unto me. 6 - And now have I given all these lands into the hand of Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon, my servant; and the beast of the field have I given him also to serve him. 7 - And all nations shall serve him, and his son, and his son's son, until the very time of his land come: and then many nations and great kings shall serve themselves of him. 🔯💟💟💟🙏
